  • Arrive in Christchurch — 12 April (please land by 2:00pm)

  • Depart from Queenstown — 21 April (after 10:00am; we aim to reach the airport by 11:30am)

Itinerary Adjustments

The itinerary may be updated at any time if required due to weather or operational considerations. Every effort will be made to maintain the quality and intent of the experience.

Cancellations & Refunds

If you need to cancel, please notify us by email.
Payments are refundable up to 60 days before the tour begins.
After that period, refunds are only available if you can arrange a full‑paying replacement participant.

Participant Responsibilities

You are responsible for arranging your own:

  • Travel and medical insurance

  • Flights

  • Personal belongings and equipment

The tour hosts are not liable for loss of luggage, gear, money, or travel arrangements, nor for injuries or medical costs incurred while on tour.

Tour Cancellation

In the unlikely event the tour needs to be cancelled before commencement, all payments will be refunded in full. However, we are unable to reimburse any additional travel preparation expenses (such as airfares or accommodation booked independently).
